I sent an E mail to you, hope you got it. I will post here too, so that if anyone else had an issue maybe I can help.
I use the 3 peats to help with clean up and transitions. I also use counting down, break the score and music. After a 3 peat for out, out, out I may count and say in 5 pencils out (1,2,3,4,5). I also give them a time limit. I put a score near the scoreboard and ask that clean up be done in 1 minute. If they break the time they win (more smilies) and if they lose I take 3 seconds off the time. So the next time they have to hurry even more. I wear a stop watch too.
When the are doing really well with classroom procedures, I use music. I put on a favorite song and they have to be done when the song is stopped. You can use the same process as above the next time the song is played they get a little less of it and really have to hurry.
